2013-14. They lost 6-0 to Phoenix on January 7, 2014 and lost 5-0 to St. Louis two nights later. Those two shutout losses were part of a span which saw them
shut out 5 times in 7 games and 6 times in 11, including another back-to-back shutout losses on December 27 and 29, 2013 to the Oilers and Canucks.
Bonus: the Flames were shut out 3 times in 5 games between March 18-26, 2018 (losses to Vegas, Anaheim, and Los Angeles) as part of a stretch in which they won just 4 of 18 games.
Bonus 2: the Flames last recorded back-to-back shutout wins on March 9 and 11, 2017, beating Montreal and Winnipeg 5-0 and 3-0.
