Hope everyone has been doing alright the past year or so.
In regards to gaining weight, one of the things I repeat several times to my girlfriend and her children (who are slowly gaining weight between the ages of 7-10) is to eat dinner early, do some kind of activity for a while other than just sitting on the couch, and then go to sleep. On the contrary, for those you who like me who are looking to actually gain that weight, the best thing to do is to eat before you go to bed. This way you're putting on pounds and doing nothing to take them off.
I can't say it's a guaranteed 100% method though, because I myself have a crazy fast metabolism and there are some things you just can't fool, and mother nature seems to be one of them.
