My point is how slippery of a slope it is when you start accusing people of racism/bigotry when you state it is not open to debate, because it is a two way street, not a one way.
People make mistakes in what they are trying to say and I was annoyed at how quickly/happily people were willing to celebrate in someones downfall.
I see a lot of ageist comments on here too, but apparently that is also not offensive. Well not to some people, what if the rhetoric changes on that? There would be a lot of comments here people would want to take back.
At the end of the day I think everyone has the right intentions, it is just how it can somehow be perceived when you are reading it.
