2. One of the freedoms we cherish here is the freedom to also not wear a poppy or anything else at any given time. Not wearing a poppy doesn't actually mean anything. It is a symbol and obviously it is an honoured tradition, but Cherry is off his rocker (has been for some time) and has no business calling out anyone for not wearing a poppy. The fact that he specifically chose to single out immigrants for his vitriol is beyond the pale and he deserves to be fired. It is embarrassing and pathetic. Sad, really.
