I agree with you, but the way that
Toronto Sun and the
National Post are framing this, it is possible to read "our" as collective in this context: "You" love "our" (as in, "all of us," including "you" to whom I am speaking) milk and honey.
I think it is really important to focus on the entire quote, and not this redacted version which is prone to misinterpretation.
He said, "
you, that come here." There is no ambiguity in what Cherry meant there, and pretending otherwise is a farce.
