This one we do have. But, as usual, folks (you) misunderstand how this applies. The government is not stifling Cherry's speech. The private company he works for has decided they don't want him speaking for them, and/or they don't want to provide him a platform, which they are not obligated to do.
He can say what he wants, he's just not exempt from the consequences of it. He's also not even been "de-platformed"...he's free to take his views 'on the road' to other various media outlets if he wants...if they'll have him.
