Don reminds me of people in my life. Maybe that’s why I don’t take anything he says as offensive, the guy is from a different time and place, and if for 2 minutes one a week the CBC isn’t it’s usually nauseating love fest, I don’t mind. Stop getting so upset about an old guys choice of words, most of it is ingrained personality traits at this point. The guys been around for a long time and has had quite the career, let’s try to keep some perspective before ousting him as a xenophobic racist blowhard, and recognize he is like most of our grandparents, but with a hockey background.
As for not wearing a poppy because it falls off...come on.
