Well he has killed penalties in the AHL before. And they didn’t try him at it in pre season. Has he been killing penalties in practice?
They called up the other guy because they want to see if he might be better right now. Like every other call up situation. Doesn’t mean players don’t work on parts of their game when they get sent down.
