I do think it shows in some way that Kylington has actually gained the trust of Peters though.
Send him down to get some PK time and continue working on his development. Let's them give Stone a run in the lineup to make sure he's had enough reps if he ends up needing to play a bigger role.
I do think the team maybe wants to make sure they can trust Stone/Davidson as depth before maybe pulling the trigger on moving a d-man.
