Interesting to see Hamonic on the top pairing, I don't even remember that happening other than for very short periods. Part of me thinks they're trying this out to see what effects moving a D in a trade has on the roster. Ie Brodie or Hamonic. Trade Brodie can Hamonic fill in top pair or trade Hamonic can Andersson fill top 4.
Sucks to scratch a player (Frolik) who I still believe is a NHLer he just has a poor fit on the team. Had great chemistry 3M line before but his play IMO isn't good enough to be full-time top 6, in the bottom 6 he just doesn't give you enough jam you'd like. Especially on the 4th line, want someone like Hathaway in that role. Not that Reider gives you that either but he brings a lot of speed which helps the forecheck and getting to pucks.
