The temple may be 4000 years old, but the 5 lost cylons could have visited there 40 years ago in a similar quest to find the 13th colony or find the humanity thats been denied to them. Everyone wants to be like thier god or creator, so it makes sense that the Cylons have an overwhelming urge to be more human.

Since the other 7 Cylons haven't heard or seen anything from the 5 its also logical to assume that the 5 aren't spying on the humans for them or have infiltrated thier society with an expression of doing harm.

The eye is the super nova, so its likely that the 5 that were at the temple or were in some way connected to it probably failed in thier quest to find the 13th colony since the road sign wasn't there. So in a quest to find thier humanity they joined the human race which means that anyone could be a Cylon, and we might not just be looking for one, but 5, but it looks like Xena only looked at one face.

I think the Baltar as a cylon is a lure thats going to turn out to be false, its just too obvious as is Starbuck. The president could be a good call, and she could be somewhat aware that she is a Cylon as she has made some pretty baffling decisions since the start, and was cured of her cancer by Cylon blood. Tigh could be one, which might explain the wink by Brother Cavill as oppossed to some cheap shot about his eye being pulled out.

I think Cavill knows more about the 5 then he lets on, he was far too persistant in shutting down a defective model.
