Some give it their all every game and constantly get better and some party too much and leave something on the table. A team with multiple stars in the latter category likely won't have what it takes to go all the way, so then you have to look at switching one or more out despite what they can provide point and skill wise.

I have no idea if Calgary has a "Richards and Carter" situation, as many posters allude to. If they do, then it's definitely on the GM to fix the problem.
