But if the leaders aren't doing what it takes to be a top team then that's ultimately on the coach, and therefore the GM. There's many, many star players in this league.
Some give it their all every game and constantly get better and some party too much and leave something on the table. A team with multiple stars in the latter category likely won't have what it takes to go all the way, so then you have to look at switching one or more out despite what they can provide point and skill wise.
