Not so sure about scary. Metcalf may turn out very good and is good now, but still has a long way to go. Lockett is small, and Gordon is a wild card week to week.
Wilson’s favourite consistent receiver is the safety valve of a TE position over the years. Or, a scrappy receiver like Baldwin.
It’s the reason they tried the Jimmy Graham experiment after Zach Miller got too many concussions. Graham was too focused on though by defenses. Baldwin is retired.
This year, Dissly out, Luke Willson is a capable backup but Seattle’s recieving corps in general are good but not great players...and hoping they can get a dynamic threat like Gordon (recall they were also in on Antonio Brown before the Pats got him) to hopefully catch lighting in a bottle the rest of the year and into the playoffs.
