Fuel pump or fuel pump relay? I've not seen this in a Camero before but have in other vehilces. Just is not getting enough gas to fire, certainly doesn't seem like a battery issue. I wouldn't give much hope to using gasoline antifreeze as it has not been near cold enough to freeze up but certainly could try it.
