I know bell can support 4 with no problems. or additional hardware (other than boxes) . You can also run multiple TV's off one box if you want, but they all have to watch the same station. As it was described to me, the only thing that can be between the dish and a tuner is one of the types of switches.

As for the piracy thing, while I understand the concern about discussing it on the boards I do believe that Bell has no isses with the situation you are describing. When my mother was having cable issues, she called in Shaw to see what the problem was, and the guy uninstalled the cable she had running to her suite, saying it was in violation of TOS. She called Bell and explained the situation and they didn't have a problem with it.

Something to note though: The Bell installer wanted to run a dual signal through the cable that her 'net ran through and it destroyed the signal. So if you are getting it installed by someone else, don't let them do it. If you are installing it, make sure you run a totally seperate coax line for each.
