Before baking skates that aren't designed to be heat-molded, I would just try leaving them looser in the boot. Often people tie their skates too tight, and that can cause you to have a lot of pain. It's also possible they don't fit well. What size are your skates? They should be about 2 sizes smaller than your shoe size. Your toe should just barely touch the inside of the skate when you stand, but shouldn't feel scrunched.
