The prequels were horrendous, terribly executed movies -- but they at least tried to tell a coherent story about important characters. And Ewan McGregor was an exceptional Obi Wan.
The Last Jedi was a well executed film (from a production standpoint) that had contempt for everything that preceded it as well as its audience, and gave up any semblance of a quality story or characters in order to "subvert expectations". For that reason I rate TLJ as the worst. It almost needs to be stricken from the record somehow.
