You are right and wrong. Using the hardware given by buying 2 6100 receiver packages you would be right. (pretend my "dual tuner" receiver in this pic is actually two 6100's.)
However my suggestion would include using an SW44 switch, so assuming one of your receivers would be a 9200 (which is the dual tuner) then it would look something like this:
