And how would Singh do that exactly? There's so much misinformation floating around to inflame things.

- there’s no vote on TMX. It’s done and passed. As far as the government goes, it’s a done deal.

- the only way the NDP would be able to kill this is by somehow getting a bill into law that calls for it to be killed. The Liberals and Conservatives would never support that, and they’d kill that bill (which has never been suggested) immediately.

The western separatist talk is already annoying. I get it, the rest of the country didn’t all vote for the Conservatives, but it’s pretty disjointed everywhere. The parliament is fractured regionally and that’s enhanced with FPTP, but that’s not new and not a reason to want to separate.
