That's the pattern isn't it? Since Treliving joined the team they made the playoffs in the first year under Hartley, tuned him out and he was fired in year two. First year under Gulutzan they make the playoffs, tune him out and he was fired in year two. Looks to me like exactly the same Flames team in year two of Hartley and Gulutzan where the effort isn't the same and the team looks like they are not playing for the coach.
