I'm not sure how much "stability" matters when most of the players that will have impact will spend only a season or two in the AHL anyways.

However, the Blues have had Peoria (2005-2013), Chicago (2013-2017) and most recently San Antonio (2018-), so it's not like they have changed a ton.
