One of my favorite mini-projects I've done recently is building a Classic Cartoon collection in Plex, with all of the Disney, Looney Tunes, and Tom & Jerry shorts. I've got over 700 of them and now I can set that library to shuffle and have my own Saturday morning cartoon hour whenever I want. My toddler is starting to enjoy them now too, and it's amazing for my sanity to watch those with her instead of the annoying Youtube kids stuff she usually watches
