CGY were getting nothing off the chip in off the long pass from the d. They are not helping each other. Get closer.

I find that when Rittich gets the puck behind the net he avoids reversing the play to the other dman, and instead tries to rim it up the boards to the winger. Ultimately, kills the attempt to transition.
One way or another, the breakout is broken. Peters needs to get this figured out asap. This team is a transition/rush team only, without it, this offense is dead in the water.
