I wonder if the Flames go for Tyler Toffoli, then try to re-sign him.

It would make sense for LA to trade him. He's an upcoming UFA and I don't know if he wants to stay around for a rebuild. But it's LA, so maybe.
He might be both a rental and UFA option for the Flames.

Toffoli had an off-year last year, but otherwise he's a legitimate top 6 RW in his prime. Point per game so far this year.

Zucker and Haula seem to be the other sensible options. But Haula is left handed and has been injury-prone. Zucker still seems fine as an option but I wonder what he'd cost to acquire. There might be some cap implications in the future.
