Mangiapane is a good example. You also need not look further than Noah Hanifin -- who is only 22 -- to see it as well. It's already been posted so I won't repeat it here but what we're starting to see in Hanifin is how your game matures -- you learn what you need to do to be successful at the NHL level and then build from there. You don't keep going back to what might have worked in junior, in order to fill a role you think you can fill.
