What are your specs? It could be a memory/cpu thing. Do you have the game installed on an SSD? Also maybe try turning down the Character detail level. |
That's the one! My specs are:
Windows 10
1TB SSD
8 GB RAM
I-6600K
RX 480 8GB
I'm only running it at 1080p, so I really don't think it's my specs but I'll try turning character detail down and see what happens.
