JR Foley in his younger days was one of the better European wrestlers/shooters.
The mohawked gentlemen coming off the top was Athol Foley, his fake nephew, played by Bernie Wright who was a catch wrestler from the UK and the uncle of Aalex Wright of WCW fame.
