I am also not sure if Matthews actually told her he thought it was funny. For all we know, he told her that she is sleeping on her job and he is not happy about it.

Wow. The attempts to make up stuff to make Matthew look like less of an ####### are embarassing.

There are many reasons why could be sitting in her car doing paperwork. Maybe she completed a patrol and she has to write it up. Maybe she had an incident and she has to write it up. Most security guards don't wait until the end of shift to write up reports - they write them up as the shift happens. Even if nothing happens, they generally have to at least write "nothing to report" or along those lines at a very set time.

There could also be lots of reasons why she's sitting in her car. Maybe she's supposed to sit in her car. Some security companies make employees use their own car.

You have absolutely no knowledge of whether or not this is actually her job and just ran with the assumption that she was sleeping.

And you know what? Even if she was sleeping, that's still no reason for them act like drunken idiots. The fact that Matthews' body tried to get her to not report it later pretty much shows where he believed the fault lied and it wasn't with the guard. Otherwise they could have just gone to the condo company and said she was sleeping, or you know, raised that at any point since then, especially when charges were made.

The justifications are really quite pathetic. This doesn't make him a sexual predator but it does make him a colossal jerk, and the fact that he tried to hide it from his team even after he knew charges were coming, pretty much proves that.
