Trying to justify things and say "I think she was asleep" a bunch of men acting like or trying to break into a woman's car at 2 am is not only stupid but pretty terrifying for the woman.


This sounds a lot like the start of the Jerry Macquire movie where he defends his client by pointing out that he's a great football player.


I can't justify his actions with a boys will be boys shrug of my shoulders.



At the end of the day, this is a pretty minor charge and he should apologize and make a deal to put it behind him.
