I remember a night when I had to pick up my now wife late after work down-town and I got there seconds after some drunk good ol' boys having goofy fun mooned her and started cat-calling. She was alone, terrified and when I got there, she was shaking. She ended up throwing up, she was so scared.
How the hell can you live in this day and age for longer than, say, 16 years and feel that this is something that should be defended?
And no, drunkenness is not an excuse. Youth is not an excuse. Stupidity and/or ignorance is not an excuse, but I'm willing to bet it's a reason in this case.
