I think that there is also a team culture of team friendly deals. Tampa has yet to have a player so extort the team for an extra couple of million. Its a dressing room full over players who took a little less money then they were worth.
I know that players say business is business, but there are certainly tensions brought up as a result of who gets paid what, and how they go about getting that money.
