I like it too, but it doesn't seem to bring out tension that Deal or No Deal brings out. I don't watch DonD for the reasons people have mentioned; they could do a player every 10-15 minutes easily, the drama is just too contrived, and it is 100% luck.
In 1v100, they had Ken Jennings (!) - who is going to want to push their luck against him? Annie Duke was on there for something like 3 shows. There just isn't the tension.
