I don't know a lot about it, but I would suspect his chances for survival would be much higher in a hospital, with 24 hour expert care than it would be at home being treated with witchcraft. So I'm not sure I agree with the judge. Yes, he could have still died, but his odds would have improved dramatically if he had been seen by a doctor earlier on.
