Clearly the security at Crossiron has never had training on or protocols put in place on how to direct people during an active shooter. In the current climate security can no longer just be a visible deterrent, they will be the first people in line to help people before police can show up. The training would really just have to be about how to properly get people to safety, much like lockdown procedures at schools with teachers.
