It's Disney. I'm sure they focus-grouped the hell out of the possible names.
The problem with using a name like The Disney Vault is that it implies an archive of old content not new stuff. That would be true even if they hadn't been using the Disney Vault to describe their limited releases of the old Walt-era films for at least 20 years, but it's especially true because they have.

Speaking of names, NBC-Universal just announced the name for their previously announced streaming service: Peacock. Now that's a bad name.
