The Cars, along with bands like Supertramp and ELO, were the soundtrack to some of the best times of my childhood. In the late 70s we go camping in our customized van with a great stereo. My dad had made some great mix tapes for the trips. Hearing “Good Times Roll” instantly brings me back to cruising through Kicking Horse Pass.

The first three songs on their debut are perfect. I’m pretty sure they got mentioned in the thread we had about that. And “Moving In Stereo” is part of one of the most iconic scenes in movie history...
