As a process guy that always talks about keeping in touch on what teams are doing and needing I'd assume it's the first one. I've always assumed he has something essentially close to done but is waiting.

I guess we are defining "essentially done" a little differently. I was simply stating some of the complications in testing the market today vs. when a Tkachuk deal gets done.
