Bobblehead: You see, a part of the law, not all of it, a part of it, was
being pushed by the "Nevada, or Atlantic City, or native reserves, or on boats, or ....."
Now they are finding out that even they cannot offer online gambling,
even they are legal in their own jurisdictions. Oops.

According to the article, they are being prosecuted under the old law though, not the new one, I'm not sure the new law is even in effect yet.
