I've purposely washed jeans early to presence the dark look and it's still the same thing. Nudies, in terms of quality, are a mid tier denim. I've owned three pairs of those. They last a long time if you don't wear them all that frequently. But if you use them as daily wearers, they won't last more than about 1.5 years before having serious structural issues.
