My go to is Banana Republic for pants, but very specifically the Monogram label. Which more or less has been killed off, so I get the pants that are usually around $300 regular price on sale around $170.
Next I get my dress shirts from Uniqlo. They are $30 each. They look fantastic new and last about a 18-24 months until they start to look worn. I donate at that point.
Last I wonder into Saks, Holt or Nordstrom time to time. I luck out and find high end shoes for dirt cheap on clearance. Just scored Ferragamo loafers for $300 CDN.
