I agree, however this is one States challenge, and it was settled, I doubt that J+J wants this to get anywhere near an actual courtroom with an actual judge or jury, so hopefully this opens the flood gates. J+J needs to be hammered for this as do other companies with the same practices in terms of drug marketing.
