When it does not, we need to do a fresh re-load of xp and then it works. Once it is working it works fine and only really effect us when we get new computers.

We recently purchased a very simple laptop the runs xp media edition (other versions of xp are xp professional) and this progarm does not work on the laptop.

So my question is, is there a way to get DOS programs running on an xp machine without having to do a fresh install. Is xp media edition that much different than xp professional. I do not want to do a fresh install on the laptop but if I have too I will. I am hoping the smart minds on CP have an easier solution.
