Superstore and Wlmart both had them in stock yesterday. I got mine at around 11:45. I saw 3 of them walk out of Walmart at around 3pm.
No controllers at either of those places, though.
I know what you mean about online. I decided to try the Check4Change today. It triggered once and the controller was gone in less than 30 seconds.
