The Jackets have a veteran forward in Vaclav Varada who we would like to move. His OV isn't spectacular but he's a 71 OV guy with a 70DF. He makes 1.85 million, but we can send a bit of money to help absorb the salary and he's off the books next year. In 31 games on our team he's produced 6 goals and 6 assists and posted a -1 rating in third line duty. Depedning on how much salary we have to pay the price will be very reasonable.
