Go down on a Tuesday night, they have class at 4:30 and another at 5:30. I don't do the class, but I'm usually there around the same time on the bike or on the track. There's no better workout motivation than to see a room filled with ultra sexy females in hot pants and a sports bras.
I'm sure if you did the class you would meet lots of them too. People get there half an hour early and line up to make sure they get the prime real estate, and there's nothing else to do but chat with your neighbour while waiting for the instructor to show up.
