I live in "South Calgary", and you're right it's confusing so I say Marda Loop for anyone asking.
I feel as if this list is somewhat tailored to hipsters. Lower/Medium income yet trendy neighborhoods like Bowness/Montgomery etc. all get these great scores then Bel Aire is in last place with an average home price of $1.6 million
