The view from the highest level of the inverted bowl will likely be similar to the Gondola seats at Little Caesars or the Chase Bridges at MSG...
Also similar to the current press boxes at the Saddledome, which some of the media people say are the best in the league because they're right on top of the action.
You wouldn't want to sit there if you're afraid of heights though.
I bet it will end up being a hybrid of the inverted bowl and traditional stadium seating. Similar to both Little Caesars and MSG but with one or two more levels of the "hanging" seats and a smaller second level of stadium seating.
