I'd like to know the "why" behind the disapproval. If it's because of the 60 million in budget cuts (which I strongly believe it is,) it's ridiculous and those votes shouldn't count.
The problem with consulting the public is that they just don't understand the dollars and cents behind it.

I hope they just ram it through.
