I'm just not seeing the model where there's a lot of money to be made.

You have to buy the chargers

You have to use your own electricity and pay that

If you're using a vehicle to "Capture them" that's gas costs unless there are tons in your neighbor hood.

There is sweat equity in capturing and returning them

You get paid I read between 5 and 20 bucks for a night of charging, the higher dollar ones take more effort.

This seems like a really tough way to make a few bucks to me.
